With over 20 years of working with children and teens, LMC provides the tools to navigate the world with a little less weight on their shoulders.

It’s vital for businesses like this to be visible online in order to help those in desperate need of support.

LMC is a relatively new business, and gained experience working with children in the dance industry. Their website was already well put together but needed a few SEO tweaks to increase its chances of ranking on Google.

They also missed a Google Business Profile, essential for building trust with Google AND potential clients. 

LMC’s goal was to be as visible as possible to help as many teens and young women as possible. The number one spot was the target.

With zero SEO knowledge or idea around optimising for local search rankings, we were tasked with making their vision a reality.

Strategy & Campaign Rollout

We began by setting up GA4 analytics and ensuring the sitemap was correctly indexed on Google Search Console. This meant we were able to show LMC the differences our changes were making, so they could make even more of a change too!

We created a Google Business Profile (GBP) as without one, you will fail to rank on the local map pack. The map pack is often higher on Google results than the number one website. Therefore, this is vital for local SEO success. 

The GBP was further optimised by adding services, categories and ensuring the address was correct across all local directories. 

It doesn’t stop there. We provided training such as how to reply to reviews and how to encourage clients to add more! This shows Google your business is active and cares about your clients/customers. 

Further optimisations to the website were needed, such as title pages, H tags, meta descriptions and alt tags.

As part of SEO packages, we include foundational conversion methods to help turn traffic into revenue. LMC had a call to action which was great. However, it was impossible to find as it was hidden among the content on the website.

A new CTA was installed, and trust badges were added to the home page, along with a new H1 which quickly told visitors what LMC offered. All with the goal of boosting the amount of leads that came through.


Within 60 days of creating and optimising the Google Business Profile, LMC was top. This was their primary goal and we achieved it!

Not only is LMC now top, but the changes made to the website (H1 explaining exactly what they do and who for) means traffic is now more engaged. Tie this in with a clear call to action, and you see increases of 84% in engagement time!

With LMC in a highly visible position and new engaged traffic flowing in, it was only a matter of time before the leads increased.

Qualified leads started coming through and at an increase of 67%.

We offer GBP management and content creation as a service, but in this case LMC decided to do it themselves. 

We left LMC with advice on continuing to run their Google Business Profile and keep it updated. We also advised on the types of blog content to create in order to attract their ideal clients.
